CUSTOM FIT BODY FOR LIFE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM 

We will perform a Body Composition/Fitness Assessment during your Complementary Orientation to establish a "Baseline" and a Healthy Personal Fitness Goal. Together, we will create a Customized Transformation program that is based on Your individual needs and goals.

 

Each time you arrive, you will receive a one-hour small group (1-4) personalized training session performed by a certified trainer, which includes:


  • 30 minutes of Strength Conditioning training to become Stronger, Toner, Build Core, and Lasting Results!
  • Followed by an additional 30 minutes of Cardiovascular Interval Training to target the burning of body fat and calories, strengthen the heart muscle and cardiovascular system. Monitored by the My-Zone Physical Activity Belt to provide safe but effective levels of effort.
  • In addition, we provide a Supportive Nutrition program that teaches how you will never need to diet again by creating a healthy lifestyle using whole everyday foods. No gimmicks, no fads, no quick fixes, but healthy lifestyle living!
  • Weekly Nutritional guidance and Body composition check to monitor and celebrate progress!

SUPPORTIVE NUTRITION CONSULTATION/ MEAL PLANNING
